2025 Foundation Fundraiser - Brooklyn Bowl! APSEF Hits a Strike with February Fundraiser at Brooklyn Bowl! Las Vegas, NV – February 2025
The American Pyrotechnics Safety & Education Foundation (APSEF) lit up the lanes at Brooklyn Bowl in downtown Las Vegas for a night of fun, community, and fundraising—all in support of fireworks safety education.
The event, held in February 2025 during the Winter Education Conference, brought together supporters from across the pyrotechnics industry. Guests enjoyed a lively evening of bowling, music, great food, and unforgettable camaraderie. With the high energy and full participation, it was clear that the APSEF community knows how to celebrate safely and have a great time doing it.
Thanks to the generosity of attendees, sponsors, and partners, the evening was a resounding success, exceeding the foundation’s fundraising goals. Proceeds from the event will directly support APSEF’s mission to educate youth and families about the responsible use of consumer fireworks through programs like Celebrate Safely, classroom safety kits, and community outreach campaigns.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled with the turnout and enthusiasm,” said Julie L. Heckman, Executive Director of APSEF. “This event not only raised critical funds, but also brought our mission to life in a way that was engaging and fun for all ages.”
The foundation extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the event. Stay tuned for more exciting APSEF initiatives in 2025!
